Get Packed now supplies new improved Cut Sheets of environmentally friendly loose or perforated sheets of bubble wrap ideally suited for chocolate boxes, biscuit tins, Easter eggs or any goods where protective bubble packaging is required. The new cut sheets now offer a higher level of quality in not only the product but greater consistency in sizing and lower tolerance in size variations. ENVIROTUBE

EnviroTube is an environmentally friendly continuous bubble wrap tubing that protects your product for sale, storage and transport. ENVIROBUBBLE

Get packed has recently introduced the EnviroBubble to its range of bubble wrap products which is the 1st degradable Air Bubble Cushioning in the world. The new revolutionary EnviroBubble has TDPA (Totally Degradable plastic Additives) blended into the resins during production which will help break down the bubble wrap after use in the presence of moisture, micro-organisms, oxygen and water. EnviroBubble is perfect for application where the protection of bubble wrap is needed for a short period of time (up to a year) with the added benefit of protecting the planet as it reduces landfill and green house gas effects.

HANDIWRAP

HandiWrap is a small roll (75m) of perforated EnviroBubble bubble wrap sheets, with perforations every 400mm.- i.e. sheets of 400mm x 375mm, with 10mm bubbles – in a dispenser box. It is ideal for around the office for wrapping small objects or covering surfaces to prevent damage in transit.

They are available in a standard range of sizes or can be made to order with a minimum depth of 100mm through to a maximum of 1.5m and a minimum opening of 100mm through to a maximum of 10m. As the size range is so varied they are an ideal packaging solution for both large and small bubble bag applications from furniture covers, sporting equipment and electrical goods as well as jewellery, computer parts and stationery. They also have the added benefit of being 100% oxo-biodegradable therefore not only providing bubble protection for your goods, but also friendly to the environment.

ENVIROBOTTLE BAG

The EnviroBottle bags are an environmentally friendly bubble bag made specifically to hold and protect bottles and fragile containers whilst carrying or transporting and great for the bottle retailer. The EnviroBottle bag is made from bubble wrap that is 100% Oxo-biodegradable and features an easy carry handle which can hold 1 or 2 bottles due to a cushioned divider, as well as resealable tape in some bags. The advantages of the EnviroBottle bag include minimal environmental impact, protects goods from external damage as well as minimising damage to your own product and is tear and puncture resistant. PROTECTAWRAP

ProtectaWrap is ideal for bubblewrap protection for furniture during storage and transport as it offers superior cushioning, surface and edge protection. ProtectaWrap is an environmentally friendly 10mm non-abrasive bubblewrap which is moisture resistant, tear and puncture resistant with the added benefit of being fully recyclable and reusable. POLY FOAM ROLLS

Poly foam is a light weight soft textured low density polyethylene packaging foam wrap and is designed to protect finished surfaces from scratches and damage during transport or the wrapping of fragile items. Poly foam is 100% recyclable, non- abrasive and water resistant. Poly Foam rolls comes in different thickness from 0.5mm to 12mm thick with the 1mm & 2mm are the most common sizes with roll length starting at 100m.

FILL AIR

The Fill-Air™ System quickly converts compact rolls of specially formulated tubular material into continuous, perforated chains of air-filled cushions. Ideal for workstations or on-line applications, Fill-Air™ Inflatable packaging systems provide excellent protection and efficient void fill while reducing material and shipping costs.

OPUS BIO - BIODEGRADABLE AIR CUSHION PACKAGING

Opus Bio is a new variable speed air cushion system that can produce up to 82 biodegradable cushions of air per minute. Opus Bio is compact and lightweight, yet robust enough for the most demanding packaging applications. The biodegradable film is available in rolls of 500m which reduces plastic pollution and can be recycled into the existing plastic waste stream as well as degrading within 12-24 months of being disposed of leaving no toxic residues.

Void Fill or loose fill is a cost effective form of protective packaging and is used to fill the void remaining inside a carton or box after goods have been placed inside. This is to cushion the goods inside and reduce the risk of damage during transport or storage. Get Packed supplies two forms of void fill: Mic Pac and Mighty I Bio-Fill.

Mic-Pac™ is super-light and extremely suitable for void filling and cushioning. The white beads flow quickly and evenly, filling all spaces around different shape and size articles. Mic-Pac™ provides superior cushioning with its unique shape material Mic-Pac™ can be reused repeatedly as it is highly resilient.

Mighty I Bio-Fill is an Australian made biodegradable void filling system with the actual void chips having a unique “I” lock system. The “I” lock system locks the chips together minimising the migration of the product suspended in the void therefore reducing the risk of damage. Mighty I Bio-Fill has the added benefit of being environmentally friendly being 100% biodegradable as it is a starch based product. It is colour, odour and gluten free.

Gel Ice Packs are created using a water based gel refrigerant which is sealed in a heavy duty, strong plastic pouch which has been specifically designed for the cold transport, storage and shipping of temperature-senstitive products.The Gel Ice Packs will effectively keep the contents of containers cool and fresh for longer than ice without the watery mess.The key benefits of gel ice packs are that they are non-toxic, safe with food contact, reusable, cost effective as well as long-lasting. Gel Ice Packs most common consumers are: cold chain logistics, fresh and frozen food including seafood, pharmaceuticals and health care, pathology, biotechnology and scientific laboratories, confectionary and hospitality, air freight and shipping. CARTONS / BOXES

Cardboard cartons or boxes are available in various sizes, thickness or strength and configurations to suit any industry or application. We supply everything from the most common brown RSC (Regular Slotted Container) which is made from a single sheet of board where the flaps meet in the centre to form a box to any unique Die Cut Cardboard Box to suit your specific design requirements. We have a small range of cardboard cartons available off the shelf or we can custom design and print cartons, trays or display stands to your requirements.

CORRUGATED CARDBOARD

Corrugated Cardboard Rolls otherwise known as Single Face Cardboard Rolls are an excellent form of packaging material for the wrapping varied sized items to provide protection to fragile products. Standard size rolls available form 610mm to 1525mm.

BROWN KRAFT PAPER

Brown Kraft Paper is made from recycled material and is the light weight and economical way to wrap a wide variety of items for shipping or posting. All Kraft rolls come with the standard 25mm core to fit to Brown Kraft Paper Dispenser. Brown Kraft Paper is perfect for interleaving between parts to stop scratching or for the use a void fill in boxes. The Brown Counter rolls are 100% recyclable.

SHURTUFF MAILERS

ShurTuff Durable Mailers are the tougher, lighter mail bag that are safe and easy to use.These mail bags are highly resistant to tearing and punctures and are water-resisitant. The ShurTuff mail bags or courier bags are made of multi-later polyolefin film with a matte outside layer perfect for printing, handwriting and easy label application or you could even have your company logo printed on the bag. ShurTuff mail bags and courier bags are self sealing with a tamper resistant seal that keeps your contents secure.

EnviroProtecta bags and Enviroprotecta-Lite bags are the world’s first degradable protective padded mailing bag manufactured with a 3 layer bubble wrap film. Cardboard Mailing Tubes are manufactured in a durable cardboard spiral wound construction to protect your products in transport. Cardboard Mailing Tubes are the environmentally friendly alternative to plastic bags and mailers, they also can be reused several times. Mailing Tubes are supplied in white or brown with plastic end caps to suit or crimped ends. The cardboard tubes come in a variety of lengths and wall thickness and can be custom printed to suit your marketing requirements. Cellophane bags and Cellophane sheets or rolls are made from cellulose a naturally occurring product. Cellophane is a 90% biodegradable making it the environmentally friendly packaging alternative to man-made polymers which are largely derived from petroleum. Cellophane or cello bags is one of the world’s oldest transparent packaging products and is great for lollies, biscuits & gift cards.

Choose from our large range of stock standard plain poly bags, or have us produce a bag to your specifications. Polythene bags can be closed off by heat sealing, taping, stapling or by quick ties.

The ease of opening and closing has made the self seal poly bag a more convenient and cost effective form of packaging. A large range of sizes and with the option of personalised printing, self seal bags are a popular item in a number of applications. Custom made sizes also available.

Polythene Continuous Tubing or Poly Tubing is supplied on rolls of different width and thicknesses to suit any length or size product. Clear LLDPE tube or Poly Tubing is normally supplied as clear or natural, but can be manufactured in any colour to suit your packing requirements. Poly Tubing can be easily cut and heat sealed to form bags or sealed using tape or staples.

Centrefold sheeting available in both clear or black, as well as a range of widths and thicknesses. Ideal for the building industry, gardening, as a dust cover or as a temporary glass house.

GRIP SHEETS

Grip Sheets are a non-slip protective insert paper sheet used to place between boxes or products on pallets to reduce slippage and therefore breakage. They are able to do this by increasing friction between the layers on a pallet. Grip Sheets can be used in conjunction with usual forms of pallet stabilising products like strapping, tape or pallet stretch film, and may even enhance their efficiency. Grip sheets are available in two grades in 90gsm or 160gsm by 1100mm x 1100mm in either a recycled Kraft or a waterproof version and some are suitable for direct contact with food products. They are offered in varying weights to best fit your application. Due to their water repellent properties they can also help in the protection of pallets from moisture. Grip Sheets can be used on all types of loads – for example, plastic sacks, cardboard cartons, sheet products like glass or paper and it has the advantage of keeping the pallet intact without marking or tearing and can be put into position manually or by an automatic palletizing system.

HOT MELT GLUE & GLUE GUNS

Hot Melt Glues are made from 100% solid adhesive. Hot Melt Glue is not solvent based so is friendly to the environment. Hot Melt Glue adhesives provide an instant and permanent bond between a vast range of materials. The Glue is heated in the glue gun to form a molten adhesive that can easily and quickly be applied to a wide range of materials without harmful solvents. The Glue is manufactured in rigid 12mm wide sticks, 43mm wide slugs or loose pellets.

Get Packed supplies a range of manual and pneumatic staplers that are designed for stapling the tops or bottom of boxes and to suit different sized staples. The range of staplers include those with adjustable depth settings, foot  treadle staplers and self clinching staplers.

Super Dots or glue dots are the latest in non-mess gluing and fastening. Glue Dots are ideal for thousands of mailings, promotional attachments and assembling and packaging applications. With FDA approval, Glue Dots are available in five grades of adhesives:

• Easy tak - removable
• Easy mid tak - removable (for heavier products)
• Mid Tak - semi-permanent but with peelable properties
• Ultra tak - permanent (for heaviest products)
• Vertical Hold – permanent high tak and high shear

Isolators and stands come free with each carton (10 boxes) purchased.

CD Supercentres are a high quality self adhesive plastic clip which is used to attach a CD onto promotional material and are available in Black, Clear or White. The CD Supercentres are ideal for presentation packs, mailers brochures and any other items where CD’s are to be fixed as the high quality self adhesive backing allows them to be applied onto a range of different surfaces. CD Supercenters are supplied in bags of 1000.

Hook and Loop Fasteners or more commonly referred to as Velcro, consists of two layers a Hook and a Loop that when pressed together for a semi permanent bond. The Hook side which is a layer of Fabric with tiny Hooks and the Loop Side comprises of Loops of fibres that grips tighter and gets stronger with vibration. Hook & Loop is supplied in many different styles, either with an adhesive backing in strips or coin style (circular pieces) or a sew on style for clothing and fabric applications. The advantages of VELCRO® brand fasteners  or Hook & Loop is that it can be used thousands of times, it won’t rust or rattle, comes in different colours mainly Black or White, and can handle extreme temperatures.

Hang Tags are used to replace, repair or convert product packaging to merchandise so it can be hung for display. Hang Tags are clear and have an adhesive strip. They are available in stock standard sizes or can be die cut to your requirements.

Vinyl or polyroplene ribbon, 3mm wide with 0.04mm wire core - heat resistant to 110 degrees.

Cable Ties are designed to secure cables with out damaging the insulation made from heat stabilised nylon, heat resistant to 280 dgerees. Resistant to UV and corrission.

Rubber bands are available in s variety of sizes and colours, from 25mm to 300mm. The Venhart range of rubber bands are made from 96% pure rubber and are much stronger and lighter. Rubber bands are sold in 500 gram bags with 40 bags per box. Rubber Bands can be used for a wide variety of application from building material to the bunching of vegetables or flowers. Self Inking Rubber stamps are the ideal choice when it comes to your stamping needs and can be custom made with any design you require. The trodat printy range is very popular with it's index viewing window on top to show the full text in actual size and it's non slip rubber feet for high stability and low noise when stamping.

Protective Film or Poli-Film surface protection solutions are used in a wide variety of industries and applications to safeguard finished products. The Poli-Film is commonly supplied in a adhesive coated transparent or translucent film in approx 150um plus and is suitable for almost any surface that needs temporary protection . Protective Poli-Film is used in the construction industry, furniture industry and electronics industry to protect products during manufacture and or transport.

Silver and Black Poly Tarpaulins are strong, flexible and waterproof and are used to protect goods whilst in transit or out in the elements. They are UV treated and made to withstand continuous exposure to the elements. Get Packeds Tarpaulins are made of a high density black fabric underside and Silver topside to defelct heat and UV light. Our tarps have a 14 x 14 weave per 25mm, reinforced hemmed edges and brass eyelets every 915mm. Tarps are available in a range of sizes and are good for use in warehouses and for couriers.
