GP-6000LA & GP-6000LAC - AUTO SHRINK WRAPPER

Manufactured in Italy the GP-6000 is one of the best valued Automatic Shrink Wrappers in Australia. The 6000 series is available in different models for outputs ranging from 600 – 3,000 packs per hour. This Automatic L-Sealer with Heat Shrink Tunnel has a sealing area of 610mm x 480mm with a maximum height of 200mm on the GP – 6000LAC model with its Conveyor Closing system and 150mm on the FP6000. This range of Shrink wrappers uses a Teflon coated sealing blade for a clean strong seal. The Flextron® control systems equipped with LCD control panel for easy and precise machine operations which allows for the storing of 10 different operations, sealing time adjustments and speed of the conveyors electronically. For best results use Polyolefin shrink film such as Cryovac or Opti Shrink film while a Polyethylene film will work in some applications.

LSA-504G AUTO SHRINK WRAP MACHINE

This highly versatile auto L-bar with it's vertical & horizontal photo cell eyes and closing conveyor device makes it suitable for thin and small products. The LSA-504 is easy to adjust for varied products with a sealing dimension of 550mm x 450mm and a height of 180mm. The non-adhesive, heat resistant Aluminium Alloy sealing knife with excellent sensitivity and a high accuracy can be easily adjusted for the best results.

The Chan Yeh ( Tayi Yeh ) automatic L-Bar sealer is Manufactured in Taiwan so is great value for money. A popular feature of the machine is the fact that the pack hardly comes in contact with the film, the pack is conveyed at the same speed as the film being pulled into the sealing area. The next benefit is the extremely efficient hot blade sealing system, the blade is Teflon coated and allows for very quick seal times.

Product is fed inline onto the infeed conveyor. The infeed conveyor smoothly advances the product into the centrefold film and sealing area by means of electric eyes which sense the front and back of the product. While the sealing head is activated, the belt advance is stopped, preventing another package from entering the sealing area. Once the sealing jaw opens, the conveyor is activated, discharging the wrapped product into the shrink tunnel.

This is a continuous side sealing wrapper with speeds of up to 65 packages per minute. The machine generates product spacing on the fly and advances the product into the film. The film is longitudinally sealed with a side seal, and then crossed-sealed downstream with a travelling end seal mechanism. The variable speed conveyors and all the seal temperatures are universally controlled through the PLC via the colour touch-screen control panel , while being able to store up to 25 setups for product / film recipes.
