A shrink a pack is a budget system suitable for low volume shrink wrapping. Available in sizes 300mm, 450mm 600mm, 800mm & 900mm complete with heat gun, flm dispenser & sealing bar. Ideal for department stores, gift & variety stores, chemists, video & CD stores, anywhere that collates items together for point of sale or where promotional material is required.

This L-Bar sealer is the most basic of bench top sealers being most suitable for low volume users. In conjunction with shrink film it is used to provide a plastic bag around your product which is then "shrinked" through the use of a Heat gun to provide a snug protection around your product. This model has a standard sealing area of 450mm x 450mm.
How does it work? The L-Bar Sealer provides an L shaped seal around your package - effectively sealing two sides of the film. The Shrink film is centrefolded on the roll - which means it is folded in half then rolled onto the roll so when you slip your product between the shrink film you already have one enclosed edge. After you seal around your first product this will provide the second sealed edge for proceeding products. From this point on there will only ever be two edges (L-shaped) requiring sealing.

This unique "all-in-one" L-Bar sealer and shrink chamber, will seal and shrink P.V.C or Cryovac polyolefin shrink films. The operator places the product on the package loading tray in between the two layers of centrefold film. The operator then moves the package into the sealing area and lowers the hood. Once the hood is lowered, the operator applies pressure to makes the seal. Once the seal is made, the operator releases the hood and the automatic magnetic arm hold down keeps the hood down until the film has shrunk. When the shrink time is completed, the hood will automatically return to the up position and the operator can remove the completed package.

This is one of the latest addition to the Get Packed range of Shrink Wrapping Machines that have it ‘All in one’. This Shrink Machine has the L-Bar Sealer and Shrink Chamber ‘all in one’ and has sealing dimensions of 280mm(w) x 380mm(L). It will seal and shrink P.V.C. or Cryovac polyolefin shrink films with maximum dimensions of 360mm.
In order to use it simply place the product on the package loading tray between the two layers of centrefolded film. Move the package into the sealing area and lower the hood. When lowering the hood and applying pressure you not only create the seal, but you allow the shrinking process to commence. Once the process has completed you simply raise the hood and the completed package can be removed.

All the benefits of the 'All-in-One' chamber machine with the added benefit of a take away conveyor to speed up production.

This is a rugged and heavy duty framed Semi Automatic L-bar Sealer and Tunnel. The L-Bar features a teflon coated micro knife or blade system for sealing, dual magnetic hold down shrink chamber with a power discharge conveyor. It also features an easy load film cradle with pinwheel hole punch while the tunnel features a fully re-circulating air chamber with a live roller rod conveyor which will shrink just about anything put through it. This is designed for medium production with speeds of 10-20 per minute depending on pack size.

The 560L Semi Automatic L-Bar Sealer or Unishrink – Seal and Shrink System can seal P.E. film as well as P.V.C and Polyolefin Shrink films. The 560L L-Bar Sealer can store up to 6 different programs and uses a Touchpad Control Panel. The Heat Shrink Tunnel is easily separated from the L-Bar Sealer and can be supplied with or with out the Shrink tunnel GPVT450. The Teflon coated Sealer bar is 540mm x 430mm with a height of 230mm. The GPVT 560L has a motorised conveyor and film waste winder device for higher production outputs of up to 1200 packs / hour.

The 870L Semi Automatic L-Bar Sealer or Unishrink Packaging System can pack up to 750 packs / hour with its large 870mm x 620mm sealing area. The L-Sealer stores up to 6 programmable automatic sealing cycles and both the L-Bar & Heat Shrink Tunnel have touchpad controls for easy use. The Operator also has total control of the sealing bar span up to 300mm height and the Shrink tunnel Temperature and airflow. The 870L has the standard features of a film waste rewinder, electromagnet hold down and automatic release. The 870 UniShrink seals Polythene, PVC and Polyolefin Shrink film.
