The impulse sealer is the most popular and economical form of heat sealer, using a simple scissor action to press down on the sealing arm to heat seal bags or film. The Impulse sealer has several options including a separate cutter to trim away excess plastic and automatic timers with magnetic hold downs. Impulse sealers are ideal for sealing polypropylene and polythene bags and tubing as well a most shrink film including PVC or Polyolefin. Choose from 100mm, 200mm, 300mm, 400mm, 450mm, 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm Seal Lengths.

These pedestal model Impulse Sealers or Foot Sealers, complete with Timer, Foot pedal and Tray, seal up to 2 x 200um thick polythene and Polypropylene bags. The Foot Sealers maintain there heat in the upper and lower jaws which allows for a better, stronger seal with quicker production speeds. The jaws range in widths from 2mm - 100mm and seal finish or pattern. Choose from a 200mm, 300mm & 400mm sealer.

A heavy duty Impulse Sealer for polythene and polypropylene and bags to create a stronger wider seal on thicker bags. These bench mounted heat sealers can seal up to 2 x 300um thick films. These Automatic Sealers can be set to automatic or electric Foot Pedal operation with timer and cool down cycle. Choose from either a 450mm or 600mm sealing lengths with the option of 2mm, 5mm or 10mm seal width.

BAND SEALERS

A Band sealer or Rotary Band sealer is an in line compact machine that seals the tops of bagged products that travel along a conveyor. Band Sealers or Rotary Band Sealers are available in either Horizontal or Vertical models. A Horizontal Band sealer is for sealing low products like magazines and Vertical Band sealer for sealing upright bags like pet foods or powders. Band sealers can seal LDPE, PE, PP, PVC and layered barrier bags with a variety of seal width available up to 10mm.
