Akebono Banding Machine

The Akebono Paper Banding machine is an arch style table top machine for applying 28mm wide paper bands around small bundled item with low volume requirements. These paper banders can pack around 20 packs per minute and use a heat sealing system to bond the material together to form a nice tidy seal around the item. The simple placement of the item on the table of the paper banding machine and activating automatic photo eye or a foot pedal commences the cycle to band the product. Banding machines are commonly used in a variety of printing applications for bundling envelopes or brochures or pharmaceutical industries for small boxes. The Akebono OB-360 uses both paper and film.
