PP1622 - L-Bar Sealer & Heat Shrink Tunnel Combo - Shrink Wrapping Machinery

This Semi Automatic L-bar Sealer and Heat Shrink Tunnel shrink wrapper combination was designed and built by Preferred Pack, the PP1622 is of the highest quality. The L-Bar features a teflon coated micro knife or cutting blade system for sealing the film, dual magnetic hold down to clamp the L-Bar down, a power discharge conveyor to take your items into the Heat Shrink Tunnel which speeds ups production. It also features an easy load film cradle that the film sits on rather than a film madrel that goes through the centre of the roll of film and pinwheel hole punch to perforate the shink film as needed.  While the Heat Shrink Tunnel features a fully re-circulating air chamber with active live roller rods as a conveyor which will shrink just about anything put through it. This is designed for medium production with speeds of 10-15 per minute depending on pack size.
