Stretch Wrapper Roping Device
A roping device is an optional pallet wrapper add-on, transforming a 500mm film roll into a robust rope or a customisable width band. This innovation significantly enhances load protection, securing it firmly to the pallet. The roping process fortifies the load and facilitates breathability, minimising condensation.
This device seamlessly integrates with the film carriage, skillfully roping the entire film web from top to bottom. The top-down roping technique allows for the application of high-tension strength film ropes precisely where needed, optimising load integrity. Notably, the pneumatic version of the roping device offers the flexibility to be activated or deactivated at up to nine preset locations on each load, providing a tailored and efficient solution for load stabilisation.
