Credit Application

Prior to applying for a credit account with Get Packed we require a minimum term of relationship of 3 months, over which period a minimum purchase value of $300 per month on a COD basis has been achieved. See Part 3 (xi) of our Terms and Conditions, named Credit Terms and Conditions.

If you wish to apply for credit please print the Credit Application and either email it (to sales@getpacked.com.au) or fax it to 02 9452-3555. By completing and sending it to Get Packed you agree to give Get Packed Pty Ltd authority to contact your credit references as part of the application process.
