The process involves walking forward with the wrap roll brake engaged, preventing unwinding while stretching the film to achieve the desired level of wrapping tension.

Designed with practicality in mind, the 700mm x 700mm 4-wheeled trolley allows the operator to walk behind and push forward, eliminating the need to bend low or reach high during the pallet wrapping process. The PackMATE R-Wrapper streamlines the wrapping task, requiring minimal effort from the operator.
