The Reka TR 60 LCD is a versatile hot-melt adhesive spray system designed for non-contact glue application, making it ideal for pallet stabilisation of cartons and bags. Reka TR 60 LCD Hot-Melt Adhesive Spray application covers large areas with minimal glue usage while being gentle on materials.
The system features a built-in stand with an integrated pressure regulator and manometer, allowing for easy adjustment of glue output and spray pattern. Hot-melt adhesive is applied via air pressure, ensuring faster operation and precise glue dosing.
Thanks to its electronic temperature control, the Reka TR 60 LCD heats up within 3 to 10 minutes and maintains temperatures between 20°C and 200°C with ±1°C accuracy. The LCD and push buttons allow precise temperature adjustments, ensuring optimal processing of temperature-sensitive adhesives.
The TR 60 LCD supports granulate, pillows, and 43 mm slugs, offering flexibility in adhesive choice and cost savings. Its 250 ml capacity allows for extended use without frequent refilling. With an optional adapter, the system can switch between spray, dot, and line applications. A wide range of nozzles is compatible with the TR 60 LCD, allowing for various application patterns.
