Mobile Battery-Powered Pallet Wrapper

This battery-powered mobile semi-automatic pallet wrapping machine wraps pallets up to 2200mm high with its telescopic mast. The Robbie Robot Wrapper offers six programs to choose from, including the desired vertical speed and pallet height. Additionally, the robot features a photo-electric cell, allowing for rotations up & down to achieve a perfect wrap. The operator turns the safety key, presses the start button, and the automatic wrapper goes around the pallet by itself. A safety system stops the wrap cycle if there is an obstruction, the lateral wheel is not touching the pallet, or the film is not unwinding. The battery-powered machines are perfect for when space is an issue; they only require a 1.25m working perimeter around each side of the pallet.
