Hot Melt Adhesive Systems

Apart from the hand held applicators available in stick or granular format we also provide larger hand applicator systems as well as automatic systems to apply adhesives to products moving beneath the application heads on a conveyor line. These systems are designed for the higher end user who wishes to apply peelable / removable and other types of hot melt glue in a dot or bead format. These Hot Melt Adhesive Dispensers typically use a K-Series melter with a Tank with either a 6.4kg / hour or a 12.7kg / hour melt rate, a 2.4 metre hose, and then are fitted with either the Versashot Extrusion hand gun or an Automatic Style Single Nozzle Application Head & solenoid valve.
The Hand Applicator System includes:

The Automatic Glue Application System includes:
