The VHIFT/III is a heavy-duty, bench-mounted impulse heat sealer designed for reliable sealing of polythene, polypropylene, and cellophane bags. It offers both automatic timer-based operation and manual control via an electronic footswitch, providing operators with flexibility based on their workflow. Seal widths of 2mm, 5mm, and 10mm are available, with lengths up to 600mm depending on the model. Standard models handle up to 2 × 200 μm film, while high-power versions with 10mm elements can seal up to 2 × 400 μm—ideal for bags containing powders or dense contents. Widely used in the food industry for items like spices, frozen goods, and pet food. Double seal models are available, and servicing and spare parts are supported.
