Automatic Strapping Machine with Arch for Cartons and Bundles

The 3-GPA101 Automatic Strapping Machine is an arch-style carton strapping machine designed for fast, consistent and secure strapping of cartons, boxes and bundled goods. Using 12mm polypropylene machine strap, the GPA101 automatically feeds the strap through the arch, tensions the strap around the product, heat seals it and cuts it ready for the next cycle.

The machine features a sensor roller on the table, allowing the strapping cycle to activate automatically when a carton is placed in position. It can also be operated manually using a table-mounted button or floor foot pedal, giving operators flexibility across different packing and warehouse applications.

With a strapping speed of up to 25 straps per minute, maximum tension of 70kg and a standard arch size of800mm x 600mm, this automatic strapping machine is ideal for large cartons, bundled products and combining smaller cartons for transport. Different arch sizes can be ordered in both width and height to suit your packaging requirements.

The motor shuts off automatically after 60 seconds idle running. Cycle restart is conveniently made by pressing any switch.

TWO MOTORS SEPARATE START-UP
Can use normal electric sources due to low electric current. (Max. start-up current less than 15 amps).
