Band Sealers - Continuous & Rotary Heat Sealers

Band sealers, also known as continuous band sealers or rotary band sealers, are designed to continuously heat-seal the tops of bags and pouches as they move along a conveyor. Available in horizontal and vertical models, these industrial bag sealers provide fast, consistent sealing for a wide range of packaging applications.

Horizontal band sealers are ideal for flat products such as magazines, cards and flat pouches, while vertical band sealers are suited to upright bags including coffee bags, pet food bags, stand-up pouches and packs containing powders or liquids.

Continuous band sealers can seal materials including LDPE, PE, PP, PVC and multilayer barrier films, with seal widths up to 10mm. Their adjustable conveyor and sealing height make them suitable for different bag sizes and production requirements.

With durable stainless steel construction and continuous operation, these rotary heat sealers are ideal for food, medical, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and other high-volume packaging environments.
