These Epson Printers - CW-C6510A or CW-6010A printers allows you to print 2,000 - 3,000 labels in an average work day. Epson CW-C6510A 200mm / 8 inch or the Epson CW-C6010A 100mm / 4 inch colour printer connects to a laptop or destop computer to control what the printer prints. This new series of Epson printers have a higher technology compared to other printers on the market which in turn assists in using minimal ink for an economical, yet high quality print. Individual inks can be purchased at any time, meaning that if you use a certain colour more than others, you only need to order the colour or colours you use most.

Pairing with the GE Interface package:
We worked with Epson Japan to develop an interface disk (see yellow diagram below) that connects our labelling machines to any printer to integrate a print and apply solution.
The interface works as a middleman, receiving a signal from the applicator (electric models only) and sending the signal to print the next batch of labels. If using a manual labeller, the printer then receives a signal from a foot pedal we have designed.
This GE Interface ensures that:
- The user doesn’t need to stop labelling to print more labels (hands free production).
- Any stoppages in printing for maintenance and head clean on the printer is timed with the speed of the application of the label.
- There is no need to hold extra stock of pre-printed labels.
- It allows the operator to produce small batch prints on demand.
