A simple way to form boxes in your production line. This inexpensive carton folding system integrates directly in front of your carton taping machine to boost output and reduce labour costs. The Forming Table folds the carton’s bottom flaps as the box slides across the table and rollers, leaving it ready to fill. Once packed, you push the carton into the sealer for top and bottom taping. With no mechanical components, there’s nothing to service or break down. Only one easy adjustment suits a wide range of carton widths. It’s a low cost way to increase packing speed, reduce handling, and avoid keeping stacks of pre-formed cartons taking up space.
**There are four variations of the Connection Plate to suit different machines.
The Connection plate allows compatibility with different models. If the connected model needs to be changed, you only need to replace the connection plate, and the machine can then connect to other models—as shown in the photo.
