The PackMATE Band Sealer is a durable, continuous heat sealer constructed from stainless steel, available in both vertical and horizontal models to suit a wide range of packaging applications. It efficiently seals stand-up pouches, gusseted bags, sachets, and barrier bags, with the vertical version ideal for upright packs such as coffee beans, powders, seeds, and soil mixes. The sealing head and conveyor belt are height-adjustable to accommodate bags up to 700mm in height and weighing up to 15kg. Featuring a fast warm-up time, digital temperature control, adjustable belt speed of up to 10 metres per minute, and dry ink coding for printing on the seal line, the PackMATE Band Sealer delivers consistent seal quality and reliability.
