PeelTec 210 is a peelable hot glue designed as an alternative to glue dots for temporary or removable bonding. This 12mm removable hot glue stick can be applied as a glue dot or line of adhesive to attach promotional items such as credit cards, memberships cards and samples to letters, brochures and magazines.
Also known as fugitive glue or peelable hot melt adhesive, PeelTec 210 can be easily removed once set, leaving little to no tack or residue on most suitable surfaces.
PeelTec 210 is specially formulated as a 12mm (1/2 inch) glue stick that can be used in a standard 12mm hot melt glue gun operating at 195°C or higher.
Traditional peelable adhesives can sometimes swell or cause blockages when used in standard glue guns. The specialised formulation of PeelTec 210 helps overcome this problem, providing a convenient way to apply removable adhesive without the need for dedicated dispensing equipment.
Sold as a 5Kg box or 12mm glue sticks.

Hot Melt Glue adhesive provides an instant, permanent bond between a wide range of materials. It can be used for applications such as packing and carton sealing, potting and encapsulating, sealing, gap filling and reinforcing, repair or assembly, and more. There are two methods of application: a bead (or dot) and a spray. A bead is a continuous bead of molten glue, with its thickness, spread, and pattern controlled by the operator. Spray is where the molten glue is sprayed from the TEC6300 glue gun, which can be more advantageous as it is more economical with the amount of glue used, and the molten glue is spread over a wider area and is more suitable for heat-sensitive material that can be damaged by bead application.
