Tray Sealing Machine

Tray sealing is the process whereby a plastic film (PP, PE, PET & PVC) is heat sealed onto a plastic rigid tray or tub and the film is profile cut to form a perfect pack. The benefit being that food has an increased shelf life with a higher quality and enhanced presentation of retail pack. The machine uses a pneumatic action to seal and cut the film with speeds of between 6-8 packs per minute on the table top version to 10-18 packs per minute on the auto version.
