The AUTOBAG® 850S is engineered to enhance packaging productivity specifically for mail order fulfilment and e-commerce. It accommodates bags up to 555mm wide. It utilises innovative bag-opening technology that securely holds the bag open, creating a large, square opening (up to 275mm x 275mm) for effortless loading of single or multiple items.
The system features an advanced thermal transfer imprinter positioned directly over the next bag, enabling accurate printing of the next bag. This design enhances efficiency by facilitating frequent product and label changes without causing product backlogs.
With a focus on safety and ergonomics, the 850S eliminates the need for bulky guarding, allowing unobstructed access that improves operator comfort and throughput. When combined with genuine AUTOBAG® pre-opened bags-on-a-roll, this system delivers reliable, flexible, and high-quality packaging solutions backed by AUTOBAG®’s extensive engineering expertise and field service support.
