High Speed Continuous Side Seal Shrink Wrapping Machine

This Italian-made continuous side seal shrink wrapping machine offers high-speed production and exceptional performance that you would expect from a European packaging machine. The 4-GP500CS uses a continuous side sealing system that cuts and seals the film more than 3600 packs per hour, depending on the item's size and shape. The GP500CS high-speed shrink wrapping machine continuously seals along the open side of the film with no limit to the pack length. A photo sensor detects the package length and activates a lateral sealing bar to form the bag around the item. This machine is ideal for cosmetic or pharmaceutical products, pizzas, fresh food and produce wrapping due to its speed and high volume output. The GP500CS works perfectly with the Cryovac range polyolefin presentation films, including the CT or Impact Films. The VT450 or VT650 shrink tunnel is sold separately.
