The OSTS-3000 series is a compact automatic induction aluminium sealer designed to be placed over a conveyor (sold separately) to seal plastic or glass bottles. The sealing system uses an all-in-one coil turning technology designed for small to medium manufacturers who require speeds of up to 100 bottles per minute. The design of the flat sealing head enables a wide dispersal of the electromagnetic field and accommodates a diameter of 20mm – 120mm, so there is no need to change the head for various size bottles. The OSTS-3000A requires 15amp power, with a frequency of 50Hz. Induction sealing provides a tamper-evident leakproof seal that increases the shelf life of many products and is widely used in the cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry.
