CRYOVAC® CT-400 Shrink Film with 40% PCR

CRYOVAC® CT-400 is a high-performance shrink film containing a minimum of 40% post-consumer recycled content. Manufactured using Sealed Air’s advanced micro-layering technology, it combines excellent strength, sealing performance and clarity with a reduced reliance on virgin plastic.

Available in thicknesses from 11 to 38 microns, CT-400 can reduce packaging weight by up to 50% compared with traditional polyethylene shrink films. Its strong seals help prevent pack breakage, while its high clarity and low haze provide an attractive retail presentation. Longer roll lengths can also reduce roll changes, improve equipment uptime and minimise packaging storage requirements.

The recycled content is certified to EN 15343 standards for traceability, and the film is designed for recycling through suitable polyethylene recycling streams, subject to local recycling facilities and the final package configuration.
