Foil Bubble Wrap | Specialized Protective Foil Wrap | EnviroTherm | Insulated Packaging

At Get Packed, we supply a specialized foil back and metalized bubble wrap designed for both protective packaging as well as thermal insulation. These materials are ideal for transporting foods, pharmaceuticals, and other heat-sensitive or perishable products, providing both cushioning and termperature control during transit.

Foir bubble wrap combines the insulating properties of reflective foil, with the cushioning effect of air-filled bubbles thus helping to regulate temperature by reflecting heat - especially useful for temperature sensitive shipments.
Our bubble wrap is available in two common bubble sizes - 10mm and 20mm - to ensure the right level of protection for your specific products. All of our wrap is made from the PHOENIX range, a 100% recyclable bubble wrap that has been manufactured in Australia. This eco-friendly film includes 50% recycled content, consisting of at least 25% post-consumer and 25% post-industrial waste, all locally sourced and produced in Australia.

Specialty Foil Bubble Wrap Options

We offer two premium insulated bubble wrap solutions:

1. Foil-Backed Twin Skinned Bubble Wrap
   This wrap features a layer of aluminium foil for enhanced insulation and light-blocking properties. It’s an excellent choice for packaging items that require thermal stability and privacy in transit.

2. Metalized Polyester Bubble Wrap (EnviroTherm)
   Made using the innovative EnviroTherm technology, this version includes a metalized LDPE film that is 100% recyclable (LDPE4), REDcycle approved, and made from up to 20% recycled content. It features a 10mm bubble profile (EnviroTherm Air10) and is also manufactured in Australia.
