We offer a complete cold chain and insulated packaging solution from Thermal Bags, Thermal Carton Liners through to Gel Ice Packs that can be added to your shipping cartons. There are a range of off the shelf sized Thermal bags and Thermal Carton Liners for your start up requirements which can also be customised to suit your individual cold chain requirements. Get Packed also supply cartons to match the standard small or large Thermal Liners per below.
Our Thermal bags and Thermal carton liners are made from Silver Sheen Air - Phoenix. Silver Sheen Air features a 10mm bubble (width) with a 4mm bubble height providing cushioning structure for temperature sensitive goods.
SIlver Sheen combines 100% Australian locally sourced aluminium particulates that are seemlessly woven into every layer, and being Phoenix means it also includes 25% post-consumer recycled waste and 25% post-industrial recycled content.
We also offer a complete analysis of your cold chain requirements and design a solution that suits your budget and do some indicative testing to gauge the realistic performance.
If you require the same thermal protection but are looking at reducing freight costs then talk to us about Silver Sheen Eco - Phoenix, which features a 1mm bubble height structure. It allows you to expel unnecessary air from your package allowing you to make your package smaller with up to a 75% space saver than Silver Sheen Air, but is a special order.
