This Pneumatic Hot Melt TR55 Glue Gun uses electronic temperature regulation and is the model up from the TR50.5 hot melt applicator. Pneumatic glue guns increase production and lets you apply hot-melt adhesive as dots, beads and lines in exact dosing The TR55 weighs 1.4kg and the working temperature of glue applicator is controlled by an electronic controller which is displayed on an LCD and can be adjusted from 50 to 210 °C with a very small variation in temperature of plus or minus 1 °C. The 5-GLUEGTR55 can be loaded with hot melt glues of high or low viscosities in granulate, pillows and 43 mm slugs with a larger tank capacity of 330ml and is sufficient for numerous gluing’s for industrial purposes. It offers maximum flexibility for choosing the right glue and lets you benefit from cost-advantages of different shapes of hot-melt. The hot melt adhesive is extruded through air pressure, as pneumatic glue guns increase work speed and simplify exact dosing of the glue. Additional Nozzles expand the application patterns available.
