SEALED AIR® Instapacker® Tabletop Foam-in-Bag System
The SEALED AIR® Instapacker® Tabletop System is a compact and cost-effective foam-in-bag packaging solution designed for low- to medium-volume packing operations. Combining the proven reliability of the Instapak® 900 Series with the convenience of the Instapak Quick RT® process, it produces expanding foam-filled bags that mould around products to provide customised cushioning and dependable protection against shock, vibration and movement during storage and transport.
Capable of producing up to 16 Instapak® foam bags per minute, the system improves packing speed, consistency, and product protection. Its intuitive touch-key control panel includes 10 preset foam-fill settings, allowing operators to quickly select the appropriate amount of foam for different products and packaging requirements.
The compact tabletop footprint integrates easily into packing benches, shipping rooms, warehouses and production areas where floor space is limited. Affordable and easy to operate, the Instapacker® Tabletop System can also support multiple packing stations across a production floor, making it a flexible protective-packaging solution for growing operations.
