If you have perfectly straight edge squared consistent pallets every time with high volumes, consider an Automatic 1-GPEXP-501 Stretch Wrapper. These machines have an automatic film cut-off and wipe function to speed up the wrapping process; the operator can start the machine cycle using an optional remote control from the forklift. These machines are fully programmable, using a touch screen panel to control wrap cycles, including the power pre-stretch film tension up to 300%, turntable speeds and film carriage speed. The machine can take a maximum load of 2000kg using its powered chain drive and turntable motor. This Automatic Pallet Wrapper series can be integrated into a conveyor line with infeed and outfeed production roller conveyors to maximise production capacity.
