The SMIPACK S560NA is a high-performance L-seal hood packaging machine that combines sealing and heat shrinking in a single operation. Designed for demanding production environments, it delivers output speeds of up to 900 packs per hour while producing neat, professional shrink-wrapped packages.

The machine features a 560 × 430 mm sealing bar, accommodates products up to 260 mm high and supports PVC and polyolefin films up to 30 microns thick. Its automatic hood movement and motorised discharge conveyor help streamline production, while the adjustable packaging plate makes changeovers between different product sizes quick and convenient.

The Flextron® control system provides precise management of sealing temperature, shrinking time, chamber temperature, hood movement and conveyor speed. Operators can also save up to 10 working programs for frequently packaged products.
