White Bubble Mailers | Armour Phoenix White Padded Mailer

These durable, eye-catching, and weather-resistant white bubble mailers are proudly made in Australia, offering superior padded protection for your products.
The Armour range features a robust four-layer LDPE white extrusion, increasing opacity and blockout by 20%, while incorporating a minimum of 15% and up to 50% (50% if Phoenix branded) recycled content in the two inner bubble layers. Designed specifically for bulk packing and shipping, they boast a smooth inner surface for easy packing and tamper-evident seals to ensure your items reach their destination securely.
All bags open on the short side.
Most stock has now transferred to the new Phoenix range which means the internal bubble lining is made from 50% recycled content - which includes a minimum of 25% post-consumer recycled waste and 25% post-industrial recycled material which have all been locally sourced within Australia.

For an alternative to white, Armour Black Padded Mailers are also available.

The Phoenix range of bubble wrap will gradually replace the existing bubble wrap as current stock runs out. For the Armour padded mailers, this simply means that the internal bubble lining inside the white outer layer will be updated. Most stock is now Phoenix.

Will it look different?
Yes, due to the varying levels of Post Consumer Recycled content and Post Industrial Recycled content in each batch, the Phoenix bubble wrap may appear in different shades, ranging from milky white to grey.

How will I know if I'm ordering new or old stock?
We will update the product description once the transition takes place. Old stocks are now low and most orders are being dispatched as Phoenix.
