Basic Desk Top Label Dispenser (7-LD-100DT/250DT)
The standard economy desk top label dispenser for self-adhesive labels is super simple to load as well as efficient for low volume label application. It features:
- suction cup feet to stop it sliding when the roll of self adhesive labels is pulled
- plastic sides and metal spindles (that hold the roll of labels)
- can hold more than one roll of labels at a time
- can hold variable sized widths (up to max) depending on the sized dispenser
Click and Release Hand Held Label Dispenser - Towa Label Applicators
The Towa range are available to suit a range of different shaped labels - from regular square or rectangular labels (within a range of widths), through to irregular shaped (circular) labels (within a range of widths). They are once again simple to load and easy to use - just click (to advance the next label) and apply. For use with die cut labels.
Features:
- a mechanical sensor to detect the leading edge of the label (no holes or slits in the label required)
- different models to suit standard sized labels as well as circular labels
Electronic Desk Top Label Dispenser - 7-LD-1150D or 7-LD-X130
This is for high volume label application - where the label is automatically peeled from the liner and advanced forward each time a label is taken. Ideal for manufacturing, assembly and packing as well as contract packers. It features:
- an LCD displayed electronic counter
- length adjustment dial as well as a speed control dial
Bottle Labelling Machines - follow link
Rather than applying labels to bottles with your hands, try a bottle labelling machine - starting with a base manual BenchMATE that at the turn of a handle can apply up between 8-12 labels per minute. Then, as your volume gets bigger there is a semi-atuomatic that has different attachments to suit different types of bottles or jars and can apply up to 1000 labels per minute. Extra features include:
- foot pedals
- orientation sensors
- container adaptors to enable labelling small vials
- can be used on any round container including wine bottles, beer bottles, cans tubes and more.
Security Labelling Machine - for applying security labels (or clear circles) over the corner edges of boxes
If you have to apply security labels over the corners of your product boxes then this is the machine for you. When the box passes over the roller it will apply the label to one side and as the box is pushed along the label is pushed onto the other side (2 sides to a corner). This increases the productivity of applying security labels, with each label application taking a fraction of a second. Ideal for packing houses or anyone that has mhigh volume corner labels to apply.
Pad Labeling Machine - 7-CPLM
Specifically crafted to apply labels directly onto flat or oval shaped containers. Simple to use - simply place the product/bottle/tub onto the product jib and the machine does the rest. Ideal for high volume requirements. It features:
- Vacuum pads that apply the label onto the bottle and whilst the bottle is replaced by the user, another label is fed onto the pad ready for the next one.
- Stainless Steel and Aluminium contruction
- winds back the backing paper as you work
- accommodates all die cut labels - clear or opaque.
