Tape options

PP (Polypropylene) Printed Tape — Best value

• Adhesive: Hot-melt.
• Use: General shipping/fulfilment.
• Print: Up to 4 colours.
• Widths: 24 mm to 288 mm (48 mm standard).
• Notes: Budget-friendly; request a sample if you’re new to PP.

PVC Printed Tape — Premium adhesion

• Adhesive: Natural rubber (excellent tack, great in colder environments).
• Use: Heavier cartons, variable/low temperatures.
• Print: Up to 4 colours.
• Widths: 24 mm to 288 mm.
• Notes: Stronger adhesion than PP; slightly higher cost.

Perforated PVC “Easy-Tear” Tape — Label alternative

• What: PVC tape perforated at 50 / 100 / 150 / 300 mm intervals.
• Use: Tear-off “ripper-label” style applications; fast hand use.
• Adhesive: Same robust rubber as PVC printed tape.

Kraft Paper Printed Tape — Eco-friendly choice

• Material: 100% paper.
• Use: Sustainable carton sealing and branding.
• Print: Up to 3 colours (white or brown base).
• Widths: Typically, 24 mm to 300 mm.
• Notes: Great presentation; ask for a sample to confirm finish.

Water-Activated (Gummed) Tape — Maximum seal strength

• Types: Reinforced (fibreglass fibres running through) and non-reinforced; white or brown.
• Adhesive: Starch-based; activates with water (Dispenser required).
• Use: High-security sealing, heavy cartons, recycled board.
• Print: Up to 3 colours.
• Notes: Excellent Tamper Evidence, Very strong bond; available with manual or electronic dispensers.

Barrier / Warning / Barricade Tape — High visibility

• Use: Hazard ID, zone marking, events.
• Custom: Logos, text, and colour coding to suit site standards.

Machine Tape — For case sealers

• Use: Long-length rolls for automated/semi-auto carton sealers.
• Custom: Branding available to match manual tape lines.
