Were you aware that for on-line purchases - the Fashion category and Health and Beauty Category accounted for a combined 31% which converted to approximately 40 million items delivered around Australia. These figures have come from the Australia Post 2017 eCommerce Industry Paper. According to this paper also - the main barrier to adopting on-line shopping is the concern and perceived difficulty there is in returning items if there are any issues. What if I have to return it?
