Returns Policy for Get Packed
By visiting or otherwise using or accessing this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions and that you agree to comply with all laws and regulations.
Get Packed endeavours to provide all goods and services in good faith. Occassionally errors can be made by the Buyer (customer), the Company (Get Packed) or even our Suppliers or all.
All Company goods are sold with the understanding that the buyer will independently determine the suitability of the product for the Buyers purpose. To assist with this, Get Packed can arrange for samples and/or mockups to be made for many of our products. In some cases a cost may be involved, but this is minimal compared to the loss if ordering the wrong product, or producing a product that is unsuitable. If the buyer waives this option then you purchase at your own risk. If goods are purchased before accurately determining their suitabiity then Get Packed is unable to provide refunds or accept returns unless the goods can be returned unopened and unused and in a timely manner (within 7 days of delivery date).
The Buyer is responsible for all postage costs, including initial and return shipping costs, which will not be refunded.
All information and recommendations issued on Company goods have been based on research and is believed to be reliable but does constitute a warranty - not withstanding Item 6 under our Terms and Conditions titled "Warranty".
Get Packed will use all reasonable endeavours to supply the quantity of goods ordered by the Buyer. However goods delivery shall be constituted when underage and overage is not more than 20%.
Any printing, artwork or composition that may be required by the buyer will be done or deemed to have been done upon the instructions of the Buyer and the Buyer assumes all liability and agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless in respect of any resulting infringement of copyright, trademarks, patents or designs and any claims, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities that may result therefrom.
Any product that is custom made is the responsibility of the Buyer and the Company takes no responsibility if the Buyer has ordered an incorrect size, colour, shape or the product does not meet the Buyers needs. Custom orders cannot be returned or cancelled once the order has been placed.
If goods are found to be defective or faulty (as determined by Get Packed or the manufacturer) then Get Packed will repair, replace or refund your purchase.
Please keep your proof of purchase.
If there is a general error with an order please discuss it with us so we can come to a fair and reasonable outcome for all.
